i really liked the multiple camera and effects you threw in, especially with mandi throwing the switch during "beside" and the screen changing into a negative like view, that was pretty neat.
the sound was pretty good too.

thanks man!

I have been using 2 cameras for most of my live show footage over the last year but those mainly where shows at Covenant where I was running the place and could set up cameras wherever I wanted.

The negative effect took about 4 hours to complete on Beside. It was worth it though. I am very happy with how all of the footage turned out but the Beside was ultimately my favorite part of the show and the videos!

There's been a ton of added videos since I posted last in April but I figured I'd update appropriately now that my Travelogue playlist is updated with Autobahn10 footage: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=1A273036F5B27803

Once again, as with the Akron performance I filmed last, I took some liberties with visual effects on 'Beside'

The sound is probably better here though, thanks to the staff at Joe's Java doing live streams now: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/10384916

Here's a playlist of all Autobahn performances dating back to the Fall Edition in 2006 and updated with Autobahn10:  http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=86E06CF0C26A9295

man I suck at paying attention to this site and posting stuff.

I moved last year to Pittsburgh and lots of videos have come to exist since I posted on here last. I even had a chance to have lunch with Jon. Unfortunately I haven't made it to any shows. In fact, I was out & about last night and decided to check in on the Travelogue world only to find out had I been paying attention I could have traveled up to Cleveland to see a Travelogue show last night. Ahh well…

I'm currently working on a project of footage I shot last summer mainly. As usual trying to catch up to now with all the footage I have sitting around.

In case you care to see such things, I still upload them to youtube: http://youtube.com/TigerRAWk

Also have a blog page where I sometimes write a bit about the footage and/or the event:  http://aTigerRAWkFilm.blogspot.com

And finally, I made a TigerRAWk presence on Facebook:  http://www.facebook.com/TigerRAWk

I wish I had stuff from any of Jon's projects to post but I don't think I have used anything since a few years ago when I posted last. Maybe that can change soon.

By the way, Jon. That video for Stay is pretty cool!

been a long time since hearing from you.
thanx for checking back in.
every now and then i keep hoping you might go to something jon's doing and recording again, but it's understandable that you have a life going on other than being "the live video guy" :)

thank you for all the times you have shared with us though.
God Bless you in what you are doing now and keep on stopping by, jon's still got more ideas for travelogue yet to come.

I tried to go to Jon's record store show 2 weeks ago but got a late start and arrived just as Jon finished the set. Opps!

The best new Travelogue related video project I can provide is a piece I did highlighting the day where the girl I have been seeing over the last year decided to make a full commitment to our relationship (for her that was deciding to officially take the title of boyfriend/girlfriend). I used the video version of Reflections in part of the video. I spoke in it some of how the relationship started and how it got to this point shown in the rest of the video.

Though this happened back on Halloween, I only just made the video a few weeks ago as I've been way behind. Having this relationship has (in a good way) taken up a lot of my time which often was spent sitting in front of a computer editing so I've been playing catch up when I can over the last month or so. I hope to get all caught up before going to a few festivals again this spring/summer.

Anyway here's the video I'm speaking of: http://youtu.be/hl7wi8QOjCA

As always there's other stuff you can check out and more to be added soon!

WoW! it's been a while since I been here haha…

So I been all over in life. I moved from Cincinnati to Pittsburgh then to Chicago. I tried to catch a LIVE Travelogue performance last spring but I miscalculated the time it would take to get there & arrived just after the set ended. It wasn't a complete loss as I got to enjoy eating & communing with Jon & others.

A few months later, on a road trip I was able to visit with Jon again. I filmed it & you can see that here:

Hopefully there is a chance to catch a Travelogue performance or something including Jon in the not so distant future. As always go to my channel "TigerRAWk" on youtube.com if you are interested in various clips of bands of all sorts of genres or other oddities.

Hope all is well!
